Standing still is not an option

For the past one and a half years, I have been working independently and remotely from Mallorca, connected with people from different industries and across borders. Some collaborations have lasted for years and continue to evolve even across distance. At the same time, new projects keep appearing, often unexpectedly and exactly when things are not planned. A thought between two calls, a quick chat that suddenly clicks, and everything starts to move. I believe in giving trust first, staying open, leaving space, and feeling the right timing. It is not a strategy. It is how things grow when you let them. My point of view.

Connection creates movement

Movement for me is not about speed but about resonance. When people meet on equal ground and truly connect, things begin to flow.

Moments that create movement

The best impulses rarely happen in meetings. They come between two appointments, over coffee, or in conversations that simply unfold. When you listen instead of waiting to speak, those small sparks appear that can shift perspectives and spark something new.

Awareness means staying awake. Curiosity opens doors that were invisible before. Together they create the flow that happens when mind and instinct move in sync.

Connections cannot be forced or scheduled. They happen when energy, mindset and intention align. That is where the real power begins, when people think on the same frequency.

I enjoy working with people who think boldly, communicate clearly and enjoy developing ideas together. Giving trust first is part of that mindset. When timing and drive align, the rest falls naturally into place. Conversations build understanding, and trust gives direction.

Conclusion

2026 is already mapped out, and I am excited for what’s ahead. Hamburg is calling with the Nordics, Austria is waiting with retreat energy, and the next big project in Mallorca is already growing in the background. I love when small conversations find their own flow and spark. Still, I’ll keep moving, curious as always.
